Nasturtiums are easy to grow and care for when done well they produce beautiful flowers that are both edible and attractive to pollinators. Nasturtiums prefer full sun to partial shade; they can be grown in containers or directly in the ground. These guys like moist soil but be careful not to over water. Nasturtiums promote digestive health, respiratory health and skin health.
