The germination of seeds may still be illegal in your state, however possessing Cannabis Seeds for souvenir, novelty or preservation purposes is not necessarily illegal.   

Cannabis seeds can be used to make seed oils and related body care products and on their own do not actually possess any illegal properties.   

Cannabis laws are changing rapidly with a trend toward legalization and/or decriminalization as witnessed by various states such as ACT, NT, and SA.

Payment is made via direct transfer (EFT). 

The payment details are provided on the order confirmation screen after submitting your order.   Its’ important that you pay quickly upon receipt of your order and that you put your ORDER number in the reference or description field when making the payment! 

Note that even with OSKO, sometimes payments can take up to 2 business days to hit our account depending on the bank.   If you have not received the tracking info by 3 business days from your payment, please contact us via email so we can verify the details and get your order moving quickly. 

We take special care in packaging to guarantee that all seeds arrive safely,  stealthily and undamaged during transit.

If your seeds arrive damaged, we will send replacements, no dramas, just send us a photo of the damage via email.  

Our discreet packaging strategy ensures that no cannabis-related terms or company information appear on the shipment!  

All of our seeds are fresh, high-quality, and exactly as advertised.   We take great pride in sourcing only the highest quality and will never sell old or damaged seed stock.

 The sender details will be generic, so it’s important that you provide the correct shipping info as we will not re-send if the item is lost in the post due to incorrect shipping info provided upon ordering, 

Once your tracking number is received, we recommend you to monitor it as our delivery guarantee covers you if the item is lost in the post.
